4. Payment and Subscriptions

Fees for access to the Service are set forth on our website. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation instructions on the platform.

 
5. Content and Intellectual Property

All materials provided by NursingNotes—including text, images, videos, audio, mnemonics, AI-generated outputs, and other study aids—are the intellectual property of NursingNotes or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, noncommercial educational purposes only.

Accuracy Disclaimer
Our platform generates or delivers content, including but not limited to mnemonics, lyrics, musical study aids, rationales, AI-generated explanations, and practice questions. Such content is provided “as is” for educational entertainment purposes only. We do not warrant that any content is complete, accurate, current, or free of errors. You are solely responsible for independently verifying all information with official NCLEX resources and qualified educators before relying on it for exam preparation.

 
6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Our liability is excluded in circumstances of force majeure, system outages, third-party service failures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
  • In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Callifornia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Sacramento, CA.
