Frequently asked questions

How Does NursingNotes Help Me Pass the NCLEX?

Nursing Notes music-based study tracks to boost memory retention and focus. By combining key nursing concepts with your favorite music genres, you can study more effectively and recall information faster.

What Makes NursingNotes Different from Other NCLEX Prep Tools?

Our method leverages the proven power of music to enhance learning, making studying engaging, enjoyable, and effective. Plus, we offer a money-back guarantee* if you don't pass the NCLEX.

What Genres of Music Are Available on NursingNotes?

We offer a variety of genres, including Hip Hop, R&B, Pop, & Country. Choose the style that best matches your study mood and preference to enhance your learning experience.

What is Recall Proof?

Recall Proof is a delayed check of a concept you previously missed. QuizRx uses a different question family and a new scenario so the correct answer is less likely to come from short-term familiarity.

Does reading a rationale raise my readiness score?

No. Rationales help you learn, but opening one does not count as readiness evidence. Qualifying fresh and delayed performance in Test Mode is what can strengthen the practice-readiness signal.

Why does Tutor Mode not raise readiness?

Tutor Mode reveals feedback immediately, which is useful for learning but can influence the next response. QuizRx keeps guided learning separate from measurement so the readiness signal is not inflated by immediate help.

When will Recall Proof bring a concept back?

The schedule depends on the miss. High-risk safety misses generally return sooner; standard misses generally return around 48 hours later. A successful first delayed check can schedule a later reinforcement check.

Will I see the exact same question again?

No. Recall Proof uses a different question family when available and tests the same underlying concept in a new scenario.

Is There a Money-Back Guarantee if I Don't Pass the NCLEX?

Yes! We're confident in our method. If you complete the required study tracks and don't pass the NCLEX, you're eligible for our money-back guarantee. See our Terms of Service for full details.

Can I Use NursingNotes on Mobile Devices?

Absolutely! NursingNotes is fully optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, so you can study anytime, anywhere, whether at home or on the go.

How Does the Referral Program Work?

Refer your nursing friends and earn $15 upfront for each new subscriber. Plus. It's our way of saying thanks and helping you earn while you learn!

What role does music play?

Music is one way to encode and revisit a corrected lesson. It may give you a useful rhythm, phrase, or pattern. Music does not raise readiness by itself; delayed retrieval is what tests whether the learning held.

Is the readiness signal my probability of passing the NCLEX?

No. It is a practice-readiness indicator based on the breadth, freshness, duration, and type of qualifying QuizRx evidence. It is not an official NCLEX prediction or pass probability.

Are RN and PN practice kept separate?

Yes. RN and PN questions, histories, domains, readiness evidence, and Recall Proof queues are kept separate by track.

Does RecallBand include QuizRx and Recall Proof?

No. The standalone RecallBand includes a 60-Day Audio Pass for Recall Albums, ConceptCast, and NeuroBeats. Choose a full NursingNotes plan for QuizRx, interactive study tools, and Recall Proof.

How does the referral payout work?

You earn $15 when an eligible new customer becomes a qualifying paid subscriber. See the referral terms for payout timing, validation, and exclusions.

Learning activity is not automatically readiness evidence. Reading a rationale can teach you. A memory cue can help you encode the lesson. Tutor Mode can help you recover. But only qualifying fresh and delayed Test Mode performance can strengthen the QuizRx readiness signal.
